GrowthTrackerPro is a tool for tracking growth data and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or qualified health provider with any questions regarding your child's growth or health.

The growth charts, percentiles, and data provided are for informational purposes only and should not be used as the sole basis for medical decisions.

• 3. Use of the App

You agree to use GrowthTrackerPro only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code
• Use automated systems to access the app
• Interfere with the app's security or functionality

• 4. Premium Subscriptions

GrowthTrackerPro offers premium features through in-app subscriptions. Subscriptions are managed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• 5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of GrowthTrackerPro are owned by NARFK and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• 6. Limitation of Liability

GrowthTrackerPro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss or medical decisions made based on app data.

• 7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

• 8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to GrowthTrackerPro at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.
