Privacy Policy

iBibleVerse is your daily evangelical devotion app (God’s Word, reflection, and prayer). It is built privacy-first. We do not collect, store, or share your personal study content. This page explains what stays on your device, how Premium/iCloud works, and the limited third-party services we use: Google AdMob and Firebase Analytics.

1. What we collect

  • Personal data: none. We do not ask for or collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, location, or payment card details.
  • No account required. You can use the core app without creating an account with us.
  • Firebase Analytics (anonymous): we use Google Firebase Analytics for anonymous usage events and crash reports to improve the app. This is not used to identify you personally.
  • Google AdMob (free tier): the free version may show ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may use the iOS Advertising Identifier (IDFA) only if you allow tracking through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. If you decline, no IDFA is shared for that purpose. Premium is ad-free.

2. Data on your device

The following stay on your device (iOS sandbox), unless you enable optional iCloud sync:

  • Daily devotion progress (verse, understand, reflect, pray, lock-it-in)
  • Verse of the Day preferences and share activity on device
  • Reading plans and journey progress
  • Memorization reviews, streaks, XP, levels, and achievements
  • Bible quiz progress (Easy / Medium / Hard) and topic practice
  • Favorites, personal notes, and verse highlights (including highlight colors)
  • App settings and reminder preferences
  • We do not run our own servers that store this study content, and we do not upload it to NARFK.
  • iCloud Sync (Premium, optional): if you turn on sync in Settings, progress and preferences sync to your private CloudKit database under your Apple ID. Apple controls that storage; NARFK cannot read it. You can disable sync at any time.

3. Premium and purchases

Premium is optional. Subscriptions and Lifetime purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store (Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime). We never see or store your payment information. Premium may include themed journeys and Jesus Study, exclusive plans and topics, Premium share templates, custom devotion reminders, advanced statistics, iCloud sync, and an ad-free experience. 4. Third-party services

  • Google AdMob — advertising in the free tier (subject to ATT where applicable).
  • Firebase Analytics — anonymous analytics and crash reporting.
  • Apple — App Store billing; optional CloudKit/iCloud when you enable Premium sync.

Those providers process data under their own policies. We use them only as described above.
