These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the iBibleVerse mobile application ("App"), developed and published by NARFK – SOFTWARE E DESENVOLVIMENTO LTDA ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

  • The App requires a compatible iOS device running iOS 18.0 or later.
  • While the App may run on iPad, the layout and design are optimized for iPhone-style usage.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the App, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. Premium Access (In-App Purchases)

  • The App is free to download and use with limited features.
  • A paid subscription, Premium Access, is available via in-app purchase through the Apple App Store.
  • Premium Access unlocks advanced features such as:
  • Detailed statistics and performance tracking
  • Advanced verse search
  • Removal of advertisements
  • Additional premium-only functionality (as updated over time)
  • All billing, renewals, and cancellations are managed by Apple through your App Store account.
  • You are responsible for managing your subscription in your Apple account settings.

  • The App may collect certain data (e.g., Identifiers, Usage Data, and Diagnostics) for analytics and advertising purposes, in line with App Store disclosures.
  • Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
