These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the iBibleVerse mobile application ("App"), developed and published by NARFK – SOFTWARE E DESENVOLVIMENTO LTDA ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

1. Eligibility and Requirements

  • The App requires a compatible iOS device running iOS 18.0 or later.
  • While the App may run on iPad, the layout and design are optimized for iPhone-style usage.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the App, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction.

2. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. Premium Access (In-App Purchases)

  • The App is free to download and use with the core features.
  • A paid subscription, Premium Access, is available via in-app purchase through the Apple App Store (monthly or annual).
  • Premium Access unlocks: ad-free experience, advanced statistics (average response time and per-difficulty breakdown), daily reminders, iCloud sync, 2 Premium reading plans and 5 Premium topics. Premium content may evolve over time.
  • All billing, renewals, and cancellations are managed by Apple through your App Store account.
  • You are responsible for managing your subscription in your Apple account settings.

4. Data and Privacy

  • We do not collect personal data. The App uses Firebase Analytics for anonymous usage events and Google AdMob for advertising in the free tier; any identifier-based tracking requires your consent through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT).

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the App.
  • Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
  • Circumvent subscription or access controls.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, logos, and designs in the App are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without written permission.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for damages arising from use or inability to use the App.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations to pay fees already incurred.
