These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the iBibleVerse mobile application (“App”) — a daily evangelical devotion experience with Scripture, reflection, prayer, study plans, memorization, and Bible quiz — developed and published by NARFK – SOFTWARE E DESENVOLVIMENTO LTDA (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

1. Eligibility and Requirements

  • The App requires a compatible iOS device running iOS 18.0 or later.
  • While the App may run on iPad, the layout is optimized for iPhone.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the App, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction.

2. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. Free Features and Premium (optional)

  • The App is free to download. Core features include daily devotion, verse of the day, reading plans (including free plans such as Peace in 7 Days), memorization and streaks, Bible quiz (Easy / Medium / Hard), favorites, notes, and highlights.
  • Premium is optional and available via in-app purchase through the Apple App Store.
  • Premium may unlock: themed journeys and Jesus Study; exclusive plans and topics; Premium share templates; custom devotion reminders; advanced statistics; iCloud sync across your devices; and an ad-free experience. Premium content may evolve over time.
  • Plans: Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime (one-time purchase), as offered in the App Store.
  • All billing, renewals, cancellations, and restores are managed by Apple through your Apple ID / App Store account. You are responsible for managing your subscription in your Apple account settings.
  • Paid subscriptions are also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement: Apple Standard EULA.

4. Advertising and Analytics

  • Google AdMob: the free tier may display ads. Identifier-based advertising (such as IDFA) requires your consent through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) when prompted. Premium removes ads.
  • Firebase Analytics: we use Firebase Analytics for anonymous usage events and crash reports to improve the App.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the App.
  • Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
  • Circumvent subscription, Lifetime entitlement, or access controls.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, logos, and designs in the App are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors. Scripture text is provided for personal devotion and study. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute App software or branding without written permission.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for damages arising from use or inability to use the App.
  • iBibleVerse is a devotion and study tool, not pastoral, medical, or professional counseling advice.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations to pay fees already incurred through Apple.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted in the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
