Thanks for using PickleboardPro. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the app. PickleboardPro stores your match history on your device. We use limited third-party services for analytics, crash reporting and — in the free tier — personalized ads.

• 1. Match data

Match settings, scores, team names and history are stored locally on your device using SwiftData. We do not have access to your match data and do not transmit it to our servers. There are no accounts and no sign-up.

• 2. Analytics & crash reports

We use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand how the app is used at an aggregate level and to detect crashes. These services collect:

  • Product interaction events (Firebase Analytics) — not linked to your identity, not used for tracking
  • Crash and performance data (Firebase Crashlytics) — not linked to your identity

• 3. Advertising (free tier)

The free tier shows banner ads and an App Open ad on the game-over screen, served by Google AdMob. With your permission via the App Tracking Transparency prompt, these ads may be personalized; if you deny tracking, you continue to see ads but they are not personalized.

Upgrading to PickleboardPro Pro removes all ads and the related ad-tracking data collection.

• 4. App Tracking Transparency

On first launch, PickleboardPro shows the iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. Allowing tracking lets AdMob serve personalized ads in the free tier. You can change your choice at any time in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.

• 5. Data collection summary

  • Linked to you: none
  • Not linked to you, not for tracking: product interaction (Analytics), crash & performance data (Crashlytics)
  • Used for tracking (free tier, with ATT permission): advertising data and device identifiers via AdMob

• 6. In-app purchases

PickleboardPro Pro is sold as either an auto-renewing yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information.

• 7. Deleting your data

To remove all match data, swipe-delete individual matches in the History list, or uninstall PickleboardPro from your device. There are no server-side accounts to delete.

• 8. Children

PickleboardPro is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

• 9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page, with the updated "Last updated" date.
