• 1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing or using PickleboardPro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

• 2. Use of the app

PickleboardPro is a scoreboard app for pickleball. It is intended to help you track scores during recreational or organized play. The app is not a tournament-management system, not an officiating tool, and does not connect to any sanctioning body. Final score calls are always the responsibility of the players.

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• 3. Match data

Match data you record in PickleboardPro is stored locally on your device. The developer does not have access to your matches. It is your responsibility to back up your device if you want to preserve match history beyond the life of the installation.

• 4. In-app purchases (Pro)

PickleboardPro Pro is offered as either an auto-renewing yearly subscription managed by Apple, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Both are processed by the App Store and charged to your Apple Account. The yearly subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Subscription management and cancellation are available in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions on your device. Refunds follow the Apple App Store policy.

• 5. Advertising (free tier)

The free tier includes banner ads and an App Open ad served by Google AdMob. You can remove all ads at any time by upgrading to PickleboardPro Pro. See the Privacy Policy for details on data handling for advertising.

• 6. Disclaimer of warranties

PickleboardPro is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will meet all of your needs. Use of the app is at your own risk.

• 7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NARFK and its developers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use PickleboardPro, including but not limited to loss of match data. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app, if any, over the previous 12 months.

• 8. Changes

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The current version is always available on this page with the updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

• 9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes shall be brought before the courts of the user's domicile.
